New to keto and a little confused

Hello All. I started keto for the first time 9days ago and lost 10 pounds. I’ve been real strict with my macros 70/25/5 and kept my carb intake under 20g. After the third day I’ve been having so much more energy and been feeling amazing. However when I do cardio and HIIT workouts at the gym and then enter the exercises and calories I burned while working out on this app my macros almost always go negative. So should I eat more to make sure my macros go to the way they should be before I worked out? I’m new to this Keto lifestyle and any feedback would be greatly appreciated since this is all a little confusing to me.

    You can go to settings and turn that off.   If you’re  satisfied and satiated don’t eat any more.  Plus if you’re trying to lose weight,  you don’t want to overeat. You don’t have to count calories but they do count:)

    migsmom thank you. I’m barely ever hungry so I just won’t eat. I just thought I had to even if i wasn’t!
