Hi there, I've consistently been in ketosis for more than 2 weeks but no weight is coming off? Why?????. No cheats.
How much are you trying to lose? If you don't have a lot to lose it goes slowly. Have you tried cutting out dairy?
10 lbs....and no, I haven't yet.
Increasing fats worked well for me along with intermittent fasting. Hitting fat goals, even slightly exceeding them, really made a difference.
