One day tracking: why am I not skinny yet??
Haha, jk. I’m pretty thrilled that I’ve finally got the hang of Carb Manager and am tracking carefully again. One day, -1lb, and it was hard fought, let me tell you!
Im looking for a balance between getting enough protein (a perpetual struggle for me) and getting enough greens/fiber. It’s like I can do one or the other, but both requires a miracle worker.
Or, you know, maybe I should give it more than a day. Either way, Day 1: met all my goals (YES!), and day 2, currently finishing a very high protein dinner to get close to my protein goals. Wish me luck!
