Hello all!
I'm a 51 year old father of two very young girls, and husband to a loving wife.
I'm also about 30 pounds above my goal weight, type 2 diabetic, and feeling run down all the time. I joined last month, but with business trips, I've been off the keto wagon more often than not.
So, the goal is to get back into shape, eat better as a lifestyle, and get back down to about 155 from my current 185, which will put me in the sweet spot for my height of 5' 6".
