New to the keto!

New to the keto! 

Just got the app 3 days ago and started keto 5 days ago... I actually  feel fuller and use water now for cravings... I can make a visual of what I’m eating and that helps me keep track of my food. This is tough right now Bc I’m not sure if I’m doing this right so far.. it’s tough to cut carbs and to have the right ratio of food so far. I do t know if im Losing anything but think I need to just do some tweaking of my habits and eating.. hopefully soon I can see the results. I know I also have to add in exercise too. I’ve cut my calories to about 1500 a day so far and feel full .. I’m learning what good fats to eat are and the other things... I might start the intermittent fasting seeing as the mornings I’m not hungry at all... anyhoo... nice to be here and sharing with you all!
