Water - what is your daily goal/intake?

So I upped my water to 12 glasses yesterday and lost like 2lbs overnight. 

I read somewhere that being on Keto it is extremely important to drink more water than normal.  I also take magnesium and vD3 and every so often take potassium.

How about you, have you noticed and big changes, differences when you ensure you drink your water?

  • I try to get to 1 gallon a day ( 128 oz) but my minimum goal is 100oz.
