Check on your fat friends in Georgia!

Hey! Georgia mom here! Stay at home mom to 4 kiddos: 7, 5, 3, 1. All were Csections and left me a mess. I’m a type 1 Diabetic as well. 

I have read, researched, browsed, etc for 2+yrs of Keto and just recently jumped in with both feet. My kids are modified Keto. Anyways, still confused, overwhelmed, hungry, you name it! I’ve gone over on fats/protein and under on carbs one day to be under the other 2 and over carbs the next. I paid someone to do my macros and create meal plans for me 4wks at a time. I need even more simplicity. Im busy.

I’m not seeing such progress as a lot of people ... Help this lady out! Please!! Nice to meet y’all!
