Hmmmm... when I download the app in March it was free but offered a premium acct for an amount for a year. It鈥檚 worth it.

Hi Lauren, the basic app is free but you can subscribe to a premium version for $$$. I did not, the basic does the job for me. Good luck.

Vickie Hi there I just did the premium. I thought I followed the set up ok but obviously not . I鈥檓 lactose vegetarian so no eggs, fish or meat. I only want recipes that fit this and fit to my specs in terms of calories. Yet the meal plans offered are always over them

I had sign up for the Premium in the beginning at 2 AM. I鈥檓 probably much older than you computer/ phone tech but by 3:30 pm the next day I totally was in TEARS! That day was my first fast ever and I was past my time to eat but wasn鈥檛 going to put anything in my mouth till I could figure out the damn App!! I watched more You Tube videos than I care to admit I just wanted it to ask, gender, age, height, weight and measurements and then tell me what to do!! Me tell it how many % of fat, proteins etc.... put me over the edge 馃ゴ
I鈥檓 a caregiver for my 93 yr old dad so stress has been out of whack around here
i think! I have the regular App now and trying to still figure it out. Baby steps
