Motivation: For me it's looking in the mirror. All my hard work and all the work I still need to do. Then I ask myself...."Will this pizza help or hurt my progress?" "How will I feel after I eat this pizza?" "Am I actually hungry or just bored/thirsty?"

Pepperoni and cheese roll-ups
Ham, cream cheese and pickle roll ups
Lily's Chocolate and some mac nuts (one of my favs)
Sour Cream and Onion Mac Nuts (Wal Mart sells these)
Pork Rinds dipped in Sour Cream and Onion Dip (DEANS!) or just in Sour Cream (DAISY)
Cream cheese, mixed with stevia, a little vanilla and some lily's chocolate chips (tastes like cheesecake in a tub without the crust, it's amazing)
Carrots/Cukes with Kens Steakhouse Ranch (the best ranch, IMO)
A HUGE salad
