I lost 20 pounds and then started falling off the wagon! I need quick snack ideas and other things that help you stay motivated and to keep going! I want to lose 40-45 more pounds, any tips?

  • Motivation: For me it's looking in the mirror. All my hard work and all the work I still need to do. Then I ask myself...."Will this pizza help or hurt my progress?" "How will I feel after I eat this pizza?" "Am I actually hungry or just bored/thirsty?"
    Snack ideas: So, usually I don't eat snacks, cuz most likely I'm just bored, but here goes some of the ones I used to eat 

    String Cheese
    A HB Egg
    Deviled Eggs
    Pepperoni and cheese roll-ups
    Ham, cream cheese and pickle roll ups
    Lily's Chocolate and some mac nuts (one of my favs)
    Sour Cream and Onion Mac Nuts (Wal Mart sells these)
    Pork Rinds dipped in Sour Cream and Onion Dip (DEANS!) or just in Sour Cream (DAISY)
    Cream cheese, mixed with stevia, a little vanilla and some lily's chocolate chips (tastes like cheesecake in a tub without the crust, it's amazing)
    Carrots/Cukes with Kens Steakhouse Ranch (the best ranch, IMO)
    A HUGE salad
