Help!

Hi I'm Dee,

I'm on day 3 and having trouble getting my calorie intake up without making my  fats/proteins go over, My max calorie allowance is 1003 Net. Is this correct as I've seen people saying women need to be consuming 1200 as their bodies might go into starvation and hold on to everything. Is there someone who can advise me as I'm a bit confused. Thanks

  • I think your calories are too low.  I follow the recommendations and keep mine above 1200.   You can go to Settings and then Macros to adjust by reducing your calorie deficit percentage or just manually editing your calorie goal.

  • Hi!  I’m new to this (2 weeks in).  I’m aware of my net calories.  I’m focusing on net carbs and proteins for now.  Baby steps...

  • Also, I could be wrong...I don’t think it’s an issue if fats go over.
