I'm so confused on Macros!!!

I've always done old school Atkins. I'm not sure how I need to figure out anything but carbs? Helllp? :)💪

    hi

    If you go to setting and select the plan you want to follow eg Keto or low carb high fat etc it will then give you your macro percentages and the calories per day so the Carb Manager does everything for you . You then enter the foods for the day and it will show you how much of each you have eaten and whether you are close or far away from the macros that you are suppose to get close to

    I want to stay at 20 per day. Should I just set it there and let it adjust the others! ðŸ™‚
