Fat and low carb

 Does anyone know when doing low-carb for weight loss, how many grams of fat approximately should you have in a day when you are eating around 50 g of carbs a day?  This app tells me I should be having 58 g of fat in a day but it adds up awful quick, just doesn’t seem right?  Doing a low-carb diet you’re told to eat the fat......Very confusing,  I feel like this app caters more towards the keto diet?

    You can do custom percentages or custom grams. Just go to settings and at the top macros. I’m doing  % of 60f/25p/15c.  How it works out depends on your calories set.

    Hi I am doing 65f / 26p/ 9c on a LCHF as I set a target of  30g net carbs a day

    On mine % that gives me 30g net carbs. 98g fat and 87g protein On 1343 calories

    Low carb and keto are similar you’re just not trying to be in ketosis. Protein is a goal every day. Fats and carbs are energy so if carbs are lower then healthy fats should be higher.
