Newbie

Hi I am about three weeks in to Keto. Not looking to lose much weight but wanted to be more defined and overall health/energy. I lost a few pounds which stayed off but finding nothing more happening since initial loss. I find it hard to fit in the fats - any suggestions besides cooking in oils ? Do the Mct oils work ?Wondering if that’s what’s stalling me combined with  increased work our routines so a need for more fuel.

  • I’m new too day 6.  My husband is extremely active at work, so when we keyed in his info along with his daily activity it increased his macros because he’s burning much more.  Now I’m completely still learning but maybe adjust your activity . And for fats I do bulletproof coffee that def adds the fat. Again by no means do I have answers but maybe that can help you 😉
