High calories with recommended macros
Hey guys, I'm new here and somewhat new to keto. I did it years ago, but just getting back to it. I used the recommended macros for the app, but the calories are a couple hundred higher than what it says when I meet those macros. Which should I be more concerned with for results?

I don’t worry too much about calories. When eating low carb it shouldn’t matter. I’m usually not hungry enough to eat even 1000calories a day so most days I am way under and now and then way over. But if you check out the website dietsoctor.com they explain why calories don’t matter on low carb.
