1 week - 4 pounds πππ
2 weeks ago I started to think to quit sugar and artificial sweeteners, then I kept searching for info and making a nutritional plan for myself. Then I realized that I was eating my macros close to keto! Here Iβm, after 1 week of tracking here, I lost 4 pounds!
Iβm full of questions, detail questions, that Iβm sure I will be able to answer after reading many of your post and the keto guidelines.
The strugle I have right now, is that I need to find new ways to incorporate more ingredients with fat to my list of ingredients and meals.
