New to this and confused about what my daily calorie and macros goal need to be,

Hi I’m Jessica, I’m 21 years old and Ive recently joined the ketogenic diet community.  I’m 5’3.5”, weigh 235lbs, and my body fat % is 42. I’m on a daily calorie deficit goal of about 1000-1300calories a day, and 20 net carbs. My dietician(who also is knowledgeable about the Keith diet) suggested me to stay in the 1000-1300 range.  And it showed my calorie goal on here to be about 1300 a well. But...when I used another ketogenic calculator it suggested my daily calorie goal to be about 2,300. So I’m very confused. That’s too much food for me, and im also intermittent fasting everyday between, the 16/8 hour method. Is 1000-1300 too little? I want to get the most out of this and do it right. But what is the least amount I should be eating in order to do this right and stay in Ketosis?
