I done eat red meat or fish but do eat chicken and pork. Is there a moderation or does it matter how much I eat?

Have you gone to the settings in the app and visited all the tabs? It will set up your macros based on your height, weight, activity and health goals.

Then enter a sample set of meals in tomorrow's "my daily log", and see how your meals measure up on the bar and pie charts, adjust what you plan to eat to try and match your daily macros.

Red meat, fish, chicken, pork...it doesn't matter what, they are all protein. Keto is a moderate protein, high healthy fat, low carb way of eating. Only 25% of your total calories each day should be protein.

  • Best to do 3 to 6 ounces a day. I find that's all I can do on one meal a day now that I'm fat adapted.  No more than 8 ounces of meat on keto. Hope this helps.  Check out Dr Eric Berg on YouTube or facebook. He explains the facts of true ketosis diet and lifestyle change.

Yes it matters - protein should be low/moderate and chicken shouldn't be the answer unless its super fatty cuts - its easy to overeat protein so stick to fat sources first and the protein will handle itself nicely.
