Be patient with yourself, there is a big learning curve. Learning what foods you like, training your brain to think in Keto food mode is easier said than done. Don’t give up if you slip most people do on their journey. Prepare, prepare, prepare and plan ahead. Research a couple emergency go to fast food and sit down restaurant meals. Try to avoid all the fancy faux baked goods and such in the beginning if you really want to lose weight and not trigger cravings. Also be aware that most sugar alternatives are expensive, have odd aftertastes and cause digestive issues. Most importantly don’t give up, learning any new skill is a process that takes time, trial and error. Also learn about the whoosh effect it will help you be patient when the weight loss seems to stall.

pnhale your best bet is to check out YouTube videos about the whoosh effect but in short it is your body not wanting to let go of fat cells because it thinks they will be needed again soon so as it burns the fat out of the cell it replaces it with water but eventually if you stick with it the body decides to let go of those cells and whoosh out comes all the water and the cells are gone and the weight finally comes off overnight.
