Hamb gravy and "mashed cauliflower "
gently steam cauli on low low simmer- do not boil direct in water. Purée with dash of butter. Add garlic or salt pepper if you wish, add some grated Parmesan(if you wish) . Add to dish and bake low until has a slight golden on top 350
Brown 1 -2 pounds fatty burger. Add pepper. Don't drain. I add onion soup mix and powders- onion and garlic. Dash of salt. Add 1-2 + cup water. Boil in fry pan. Add cream cheese and sour cream and few tablespoons of heavy whipping cream and some pads of butter. Season more as desired. For me, the more black pepper the better. I have no idea on the macros but I didn't go down on my blood meter and boy was this good.
