Sorry to hear your struggling.  I do this sort of two ways. One is very simple meals for when I'm too busy to cook or too tired. I also like to make leftovers so it's more efficient. I LOVE IT that I'm in the kitchen less. My easy dinners are a meat and veggie.  Like chicken, salmon, hamburger, prawns and usually broccoli.  I even always have on-hand some "lesser quality" meats like bratwursts. I'd say come up with one or two of these that you can fall back on when you're stumped, just to get you through and keep on track. When I'm feeling creative and energetic I play around with recipes and just search the Internet. I reject anything that uses sugar substitutes like sweet tasting sauces or marinades because I know for my brain I can't keep having that. I will look around at some of my saved websites and let you know but usually it's just a low carb meal search and I have so many saved I probably won't try them all.  Stick with it.  Find your emergency fall-backs to keep on track with during times like this.

DietDoctor - Great articles, videos, and recipes.

KetoDietApp - This is an app or website. She does a great job. A lot of foods use sugar substitutes so I just avoid those. There are plenty others to try.

These are just some of my saved websites. It's been a while since I've had time to play with my food. Ooh, one of my favorite fall-back easy dinners is tacos. Just no shell. You get all the other goodies though - ground beef, onion and mushroom if you want, cheese, avocado, sour cream, tomato, olives, a little salsa even. I usually pile it all on a pile of lettuce so it's more a taco salad but if you're feeling fancy you can make little tacos using firm romaine hearts (takes longer to get to the eating part though).  Hope that helps!
