Struggling setting up my profile or macro.

I am very confused on how to set up my Macro in the app. I weigh 198 and want to lose 30lbs. I guy at work said my calories should be 1465 . I want 20 carbs or less. 91 protein and 114 fat. I do not understand if I pick 2 lbs a week the changes 756 and I get a warning not eat less than 1000 calories. According to my fibit I have burned 2659 calories which I wonder how accurate it is. I want the article on catb manager I would have 1026 fat calories. 364 protein and 80 calories Carbs to equal 1467 calories a day.I need help setting this up. I am sedentary at this point in my job. I join a fitness center today so I will be increasing my energy so my calories burn will be increased. I want to see some weight loss. Help! Help! What am I doing wrong?

    Ok go back to setting make sure Ht.Wt etc entered correctly.  Set sliding scale at 5% carbs 25% protein 75% fats.    Then go back to your intake n look at your allowance.   CM won’t let u go under 1000 cals so choose 1pound per week wt loss.   You will loose more than that, it’s just the system protecting you.
