I don’t know what I’m doing!

Help!  I just paid for and downloaded this app.  I am completely lost as to how to determine my daily Keto numbers for optimum weight loss.  I am 100 lbs overweight and I was hoping this app would help me, but now I’m not sure.

  • I'm new to this app as well, but figured it out by clicking on the Getting Started section. You then enter your statistics and it gives you the amounts.

  • I follow the advice and reccemendations of Dr Eric Berg on Utube. He teaches a Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting approach to overall health and wellness. All of which seems doable for anyone who is truly interested in changing their life with nutrition
