Hi there everyone. On my 2nd day still trying to figure it all out. I’m a 69 year old Mom, grandmother and a new great grandmother.  I am looking to get rid of my diabetes with this diet. Praying it works.

    i would also recommend taking a good dig through the best self education finds links in low carb chat. Dr Jason Fung among many others, treat diabetics.

    My husband is having great success controlling his type 2 eating around 80 net carbs daily. Welcome.
