Hi. If I find I am less hungry in the late afternoon and evening, would you suggest allotting more food in the morning and for my afternoon snack or should I keep my food allottment equally divided?
Take each meal and day as it comes, hungry eat, not hungry skip, don’t clock watch.
keep Keto simple. You, like me, vary from day to day, meal by meal 😀 celebrate how easy this can be.
I second Joanna. Eat when hungry. Skip when not hungry. Since you burn fat you don’t need meals spread throughout the day.
I love my morning coffe with heavy cream then I’m not hungry till 1:00 or 2:00.
I eat my big meal then that’s it for me. I’m satisfied until the next day.
