My foods is now cooked by me with very little ready to eat. Dinner was 1 oz walnuts ,1 oz cheesecake, 1 oz blueberries and a tbsp of ranch dressing.
Today I craved fat not sweets. Went to the deli and bought fried chicken.💖

I hadn’t thought of buying a BBQ chicken from the deli, I usually grab a stick of karbana to eat or a punnet of raspberries if I’m really hungry and get caught out with no food. I find that in lossing about a kg per month which is great.
Leanne I was on day 2 with no power and was ready to eat just about anything :).
When I did a search I picked the Walmart chicken and did not meet my calories those days.
