What about chewing gum like Trident? Pkg says Total carbs - 1 g and Sugar alcohol - 1g. Does that result in 0 net carbs? Chewing gum helps me get past cravings, but is this a good strategy for Keto?
I researched this online. Some people say to be careful with the ingredients. There’s a lot of sugar free gum that use maltitol which can cause stomach problems. I also read that the carbs can accumulate quickly if you eat too many in a day.
