I have lost just over 100 lbs. With lots to go but I'm at a stall. Recently got a treadmill and it's slow going. Any suggestions?

  • Have you tried Intermittent Fasting?  You can YouTube how to get started. Dr Berg or Dr Jason Fung have lots of videos on how to get started and the benefits.
