So far so good.
Lost 12 lbs in my first week. I’m sure a lot of that is water though. Do feel a lot better & sleeping better. Gonna go over my calories today probably but, my macros will be in order & I’ll be under on carbs. Been doing some work today & was hungry at lunch that wasn’t going to be satisfied by snacking as I normally do. Needed meat, cheese & butter. Lol. This app makes it so easy to keep track of things. Well. Just over a month in. Started at 208 lbs & down to 183.6 lbs as of this morning for a loss of 24.4 lbs. Getting closer to that 165. May go lower but, burn that bridge when I get there. Loss has gone from the initial free fall to a steady decline. Weekend discipline is what I need to work on as well as increasing my physical activity. Weekends I tend to go over on calories but, everything else is on par so far as my other metrics. Haven’t exceeded carb limit once & typically remain at or below half of the 19 net allowed. Hoping to meet or be close to my goal weight by July in time for my son’s wedding.
