Macro calculation should always be the same everywhere. Protein and carbs each have 4 calories, fat has 9. If you divide that into your daily calorie intake, you should always get the same answer, with some allowance for rounding. As to recipe calculations, that could be variable depending on which way the different apps are rounding each ingredient. If there's a consistent difference in rounding it could add up to big discrepancies.
