I use the Keto urine strips and always have at least a small trace, but don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I am doing more weight training/cardio in the past 2 weeks, and I have made sure to hit my fat goal. Wondering if my carb and protein intake is too low. Recommended 15g Carbs (which I do not go over), 1200 calories, and I have not been hitting my protein goal. I recently read that it’s most important to hit protein goal and fat is mostly for satiety. Is this correct? Wondering if that’s why I’m starting to gain weight, which I’m basing on my clothes, not just the scale. Feeling discouraged to see weight back in midsection and hips...🤦🏼♀️
