hi! I'm new. How did you determine your macros?

  • I used https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/macronutrients_calculator.htm , but I am trying to lose weight, then my son who has been lifting weights for 6 years and is really knowlegable on fitness and nutrition told me I should set mine to 60/30/10 for a great body composition. Its tough to get the protein high and fats low but I'm working on it 😉
