back on the low-carb track

Just joined this morning.   I've been on a low-carb diet plan for a year and have lost 70 lbs.   However, I'm stuck right now and have been for 2 months!   I think I've gotten lax about the carbs and hope that this app will help me get back on track.  I DON'T want to gain back!

    You can do it lynneag!! You might need to change it up to get through the plateau. Google  LCHF weight loss plateau too. Good luck.

  • Have you tried carb cycling? I have tried to have a set higher carb day once a week.  Not a cheat day to eat crap but a day with higher carb healthy foods.
