Keep trying to attach a photo here to show you. It won’t upload. Go to the top left-hand corner of your screen on the pole down instead of selecting my foods, select foods. You’ll see a little squirrel bar at the top of the page. Scroll all the way to the right where it says import recipe. This is where you can paste the website address of the recipe. You may have to edit the recipe and check to make sure there are not any additional Or missing ingredients.

I usually go to Pinterest, (or  whatever your chosen website is that you get your recipes from), and manually enter it. Open up the recipe tab in Carb Manager and copy and paste the name of the recipe then enter the ingredients. It may take some time, but that's the only way I can figure out how to do it.

Word of advise, after you enter the recipe, be sure to choose "quick edit nutrients" from the 3 dots on the top of the page (…) most of the time, I find carb manager's nutrients are way off and I go  by what is in the recipe.
