Noodles

Has anyone else discovered zucchini noodles? Omg I am obsessed 馃槒 it鈥檚 well worth it to get the machine that makes it. I made it and had with meatballs and some tomato sauce. I know it鈥檚 not pasta but it鈥檚 definitely tasty 馃構

  • How many carbs in a cup of zucchini noodles? I have used spaghetti squash with meatballs and olive oil (no sauce).

    I agree they are so good.  Have u tried cauliflower rice, it鈥檚 amazing.

    Patrickervin Zoodles (zucchini noodles) only show 3 net carbs for 1 cup vs spaghetti squash shows 8 net carbs for 1 cup! Yowza. I really need to get myself a spiralizer to try the zoodles!

    Elynn I tried making it once with frozen cauliflower but I got a little bit out of it was good. Next time I鈥檒l try fresh cauliflower
