Here's what I do:
1. Log in my meal before I eat it (I've made some mistakes eating first.)
2. I eat "keto" 5-20-75% fat at each MEAL so I don't get stuck with say too much fat and not enough carbs at the end of the day.
3. When I exercise, I do it before breakfast to burn more fat.
4. I put a little salt under my tongue before I work out and drink a lot of water.
5. I have eaten eggs and bacon for breakfast every morning since Sept and I still love them, but I switched to cage-free eggs, uncured bacon, and grass-fed meat/dairy. I cook gourmet to keep myself interested so I don't miss carbs.
6. I bought a cool looking workout outfit and quality shoes that makes me feel confident and beautiful.
