Carb counts on recipes.

This app has been great and helped out a ton. I’m getting a little frustrated with the way they label carbs on the recipes though. For example: the Keto bagels say 5 grams of carbs on the cover of the recipe, however if you go to log one serving size of a bagel it doubles. I’ve noticed this with other recipes as well, anyone else?

Me too. I'm brand new here and struggling to understand how the meal plan works and I don't know where to get any FAQ or instruction about it. So like one dinner says it makes 6 servings, but then higher up it says 6 servings (per plate) and they are 2 each apparently. So is it a 12g meal? Do I need to double the recipe to feed my husband too? How will it calculate into my grocery list if I add it again to lunch the next day, and will there even be enough leftovers for lunch? I'm so confused with this app right now and have no idea how to learn it!

  • Ashkova , I haven’t run into that issue yet. Staying under the daily limit of carbs this has set for me has given me great results. I just hate getting excited for foods and then finding out it’s double the carbs as advertised😡.
