No weight loss after 3 weeks.

Scales have not budged.

  • Me either.  I decided to not weigh myself as frequently and use the scale as my measure of success.  There were days where I felt great about my body and then would step on the scale.  The number (which is really just a function of gravity), would determine my mood for the day and this isn't why I decided to lose weight in the first place.  I want to feel GOOD, not to continue to beat myself up based on a measure.
