Just wanted to say hi to everyone here and remind you all that you CAN do this... Nothing worth it is ever easy at first, it will take some time and pushing yourself but you can do this and get where you want to be.. And when you get there you will feel so amazing not just in your body but about yourself for doing what you thought you never could or that you may have doubted yourself on for a long time. Baby steps is key dont overwhelm yourself and ASK ASK ASK anything you need help with the people on this app and of this community are amazing ppl and will help you thru anything. I am very proud of everyone for just starting and getting yourself here and I know you can do this.. Good vibes to all and smile 😊 be proud of yourself!!
