Hello...so I keep starting and stopping and then starting and stopping...I think the biggest challenge is accountability.

  • Me too!  I have a hard time logging everything in, but when I do, I find it helps me be honest with myself.  I've been doing Keto for a year, lost 30lbs right away, and been hanging there ever since.  I started logging again, and doing IF 16/8 since March 1, and the weight is coming off again.  Keep at it. At the very least, it is a healthy lifestyle, and easy to adapt to in the "real" world.
