Keto and gout

I haven't had a gout attack in 13 years...think I was on Atkins the last time I did. I'd been noticing some potential warning signs but attributed the pain to not rotating through my shoes...then quarantine and divirticulitis hit and i find myself eating very few veggies (or anything else but almond milk whey protein and bone broth. Just when that was starting to ease up I got slammed by 2 very gouty feet.sigh. most internet sources seem to say that keto causes gout in some folks. I need some tips to make it work because all my other autoimmune diseases are so much better on keto and I have more energy. I've lost 4 pant sizes since mid Feb and I've had enough pain free days to start exercising again. Right now I can barely stand up and pain levels are through the roof. Help!
