It's so easy to get discouraged. It's easy for me to give advice when I was nearly in tears Sunday on my weekly weigh in that I gained a pound. Never mind I'd lost 6 the week before. That happens though. I'll have no lose or a lb gained and then SWOOSH, all at once 4-6 lbs. Take a look at your macros, if you are tracking Net Carbs, switch it up to total carbs. Watch out for hidden artificial sweeteners, most of those will still spike your blood sugar. Stick to Stevia and Monkfruit which are the proven exceptions. You're doing great,

Thank you, I really looked over everything and didn’t even realize my instant coffee has three carbs alone per tsp! That alone had to add at least 4-6 extra carbs I didn’t know about! It sounds like you’re doing really good! I think my scale is just a jerk and doesn’t want to give me what I want. I wish women lost as easy as men do, LOL just saying🤷🏻♀️
