Supplements.. bhb salts?

I’ve been doing a lot of research of bhb and Mct oil. This is my second go around on keto and would like some help staying in ketosis when I have slip ups. Has anyone tried anything ? And if so what were your results? They seems pretty pricey but I’ve been looking at advanced science keto pills. Any thoughts?

  • IMO: I do try to avoid putting artificial things into my body- any keto supplements would be one of them. As far as slip ups, we all have them. You get back on the horse right away. Changing the brain on this lifestyle can be a difficult journey. I have still, a lot of work to do. For myself, I have to really head program that food is nourishment- not something to make my feelings better. To eat just till satisfied has been my biggest issue, and emotional eating. 

  • I used to use MCT Oil even before I started Keto. I do not anymore. Instead, I use Macadamia Nut butter as butter - I love mac nuts! I do not think MCT Oil is necessary (my own thoughts). I also think the same of Keto supplements - one can achieve the same results by keeping it simple and basic.
