1st week completed

1st week done without too much difficulty just the odd carb craving this morning which I am proud to say I didn’t give in to! Down 3lbs ,not the big losses people talk about but I’m happy with that. Only real problem I have is getting enough protein, how do you sort that and stay within your calorie limit?

  • 3 lbs is great! Look at 3 pounds of butter and know you lost that! Pretty impressive I say. What sort of protein are you eating now? For me protein is the easiest macro to hit. I eat lean proteins that way it’s easier to stay within your calorie limit. Then I add fats to that as needed.
