Hey there I hope that you are all doing well. I'm Karl i'm dirty four I mean thirty four... I have started my Keto diet as of today I believe that that it has been going well so far but alas according to the Facebook community which I have joined I have logged my lunch wrong? Instead of manually inserting the product I scanned the bar code to get the accurate items an then weighed the items if anyone could let me know if I have done this correctly I would be over the moon!

I haven't added my dinner yet as I still need to get to the gym, then I shall do that when I come home. But that will just be a simple Chicken thigh with green beans and cheese no doubt to increase the fats.

Any way as you can see the first photo is from going to the gym which seems to not be doing me any favors bar increasing my height, so this is why I have turned to trying Keto, I tend to spend around 1 hour in the gym each time that I go and mainly do weights and light cardio, plus walking everywhere.
