New&Confused. Deducting Macros good/bad????

I am using my Fitbit And it is deducting macros throughout the day. Is this a good idea? I’m not sure if I’m supposed to eat more with more activity or not. 
New and confused.

  • I never eat back my workout calories. This way, I ensure am eating at a deficit. It all depends on what your goals are.

    This is what I have been curious about. I want to start getting in some cardio now that I feel fairly comfortable with the new food lifestyle to help (Drop pounds/ Inches).

    Then I would like to do some weights to get my muscle tone back. I know muscle will weigh more which is fine as long as I'm only gaining muscle and not fat. lol.

    The number on the scale is not my daily thing. I want to see inches gone and muscle re appear.
