Weight plateau for a few months now

I've been doing keto for a year, and I lost about 15 lbs in 4-5 months. I've been on a plateau for about 6 months now, and only lost a total of 20 lbs so far in a year. I went off keto in Nov/Dec for the holidays, but didn't gain any weight. But I haven't been able to lose too much weight either. I still have about 25 more lbs to be in my healthy range. I already workout 4-5 hours a week. Any suggestions?

    Hi, first of all congrats on you achievement to shed 15 lbs. You need to keep in mind that the body will continually adapt to the new diet/workout schedule. So you will have to adjust diet and sport type/intensity when you get to plateau.

    Myself I have lost 25kg in about 3 years using a keto/low carb diet + cardio and weightlifting program. It was a real challenge to monitor and then learn how to continually modify the diet and activity.
