Hi  I'm Joanna

I have insulin resistance and decided to follow keto.  

I am on keto over 1 month but I Lost only 1kg! I dont know what . The only plus is that I feel more energy. But weight stuck. I dont eat bread ( only keto bread 1 slice/day), sweets, grains, drinking water... Anyone had this problem , lat me know please.
