I am stuck it seems!

I dont know if this is the correct place to post this but I need advice, suggestions.  

I am doing everything right. I log and weigh everything that I eat. I exercise 5 times a week. I've lost 3 lbs since January 1st. I keep going back and forth between the same 2 lbs. I cut out the extra snack I was having, no luck in getting the scale to move. I've been doing keto since September 23rd and I've lost 40 lbs so far. I still want to lose another 25-30 to get to my goal weight. 

Any ideas on getting the scale moving in the right direction again? It's playing with my emotions :(

  • I  can't lose on keto unless I give up all dairy, all grains including fibers like in Quest bars, Atkins bars etc., and pork, even bacon.  I think I have a pork intolerance.

  • hmmmm.. maybe that is something for me to consider, but I have been eating those things beforehand. IDK.. I am just at a loss.

  • Also are you adjusting your macros according to your new weight? Perhaps have body comp analysis done if not already doing it...how are you doing inch-wise and cloth-fits? The weigh scale is not a definite way to tell if you have body fat loss. I am heavier on some weeks because of increase in muscle mass. I do body comp every fortnight and I adjust my macros accordingly thereafter.

    If you are fat-adapted, perhaps look into Intermittent Fasting...
