2 suggestions regarding Fasting

First it would be good if adding supplements didn't break a fast.  I do extended fasting and just drink water and take about 3-4 grams of salt on fasting days.  I like tracking my fasting but I also be like tracking my nutrients.  At the moment I have to choose between tracking my sodium or my fasting.  

 

Second it would be great for people who do extended fasting if there was an easy way to see and track total fasting time.  At the moment I have to look at the last time I ate, count the hours until midnight, add in 24 hours for each full day, then add the hours from midnight until the first meal on my eat day.  It would be nice if that process was a little more automatic and trackable
